While perfecting her galaxy soap technique, Sarah got so deep in conversation about soap artistry with her son that she completely forgot about the chicken quesadillas on the stove. By the time they came up for air... dinner was gone. Burnt to a crisp. RIP.

The soap, however? It went on to win Best Technique in the Expert Category at the Soap Challenge Club — a global competition where master soap makers from around the world showcase their craft. So yes, it was absolutely worth it.
