How to Use: IMPORTANT: Shake vigorously before each use to activate the formula. Either spray directly onto face or cotton ball, or open lid and dab onto cotton ball. Gently wipe over face and eyes to remove makeup. No rinsing required, but you may follow with your regular cleanser if desired.
