Low top with embellishments

This is a low top artisan soap, but it has embellishments. This means there is probably some tiny soaps in the middle or on top of the soap. The Tiny soaps are made of a melt and pour soap base. These subs are perfectly sized for use and also offer a super cute or whimsical design.
